94x5 pack disappointment

Hi EA team,

I’m posting this after speaking with EA Help, who recommended reporting the issue here.

Many players, including myself, have opened the new 94x5 Ultimate Team pack and received extremely poor results — even though the pack requires high-rated cards and is meant to give top players.

Almost no one is pulling players that match the value of the pack. This feels unfair and out of balance for such an expensive SBC.

Please could the team review the pack weight or consider some sort of compensation?
