99 passing & dribbling evo unavailable

I completed 6 out of 7 objectives in the pre-season unlimited cup group (therefore completing the group) and am unable to claim or complete the premier finesse objective reward (which is the 99 passing and dribbling evo). The premier finesse reward objective says it is complete although the evo is not available in my cosmetic and rewards.
