Sorry to hear you are having this error. Are you launching directly from EA app or Steam ?
Can you try to uninstall and make sure you delete the FC25 folder if it still shows in the system ? And install again. This will remove any corrupted files. Don't worry, you won't lose any Ultimate team progress doing so.

EA_Hux where can I submit my connection quality report for a EA rep like yourself to go over it? My connection is almost perfect but the gsmeplay is making it unplayable for me, I need help please
