Almost 700 games in since October and the Market is still locked

As the title says, I've been playing since October(670 games) and even put money in to buy FIFA points, and the market is still locked, it's frustrating not to be able to complete SBCs on web app cause you can not purchase a missing player.

And every time I contact support they reply with the same thing, you are on the right track keep playing games and it will unlock eventually, you guys need to respond to this problem, I'm paying for a full game and not receiving the full functionality it's utterly frustrating.

    And now i see this when opening web app and I did not receive any email informing me about any sort of ban?

    Same problem. I play the game regularly every day. I've played Rivals, squat battles, rush, champions, draft all and I'm still playing. But the transfer market is still locked. I'm almost working overtime to open it, I started to think it was a mistake. By the way, I also activated the game time, but it shows the data there incorrectly. For example, it gives half an hour of game time for the day I play for about 5 hours. Please solve the problem please.

    UP, please someone respond. We need help. This has to be an EA problem. I've done every foundations sbc and objective, played all game modes, and the market is still locked.
