It is a premium pass reward, so yes. According to the official announcement, all premium pass packs are tradeable. It should say tradeable on the description, but I don't know what you are seeing.
Boshamooay999 I don't know what you are seeing either, but the tradable symbol is visible to me. Look for a circle with two antiparallel arrows on the center of the pack, where untradeable packs are blank.
