Appeal for Transfer Market Ban Misunderstanding Involving Player Trades
Hello EA Support,
I’m writing to appeal the transfer market ban that was recently placed on my account. I understand that the restriction might be related to a few player purchases I made from a friend’s account.
I want to clarify that neither I nor my friend intended to violate EA’s Terms of Service. We were simply exchanging players between each other to help build our squads and enjoy the game more competitively. We were unaware that this kind of activity could be flagged or misinterpreted as coin selling or transfer manipulation.
I kindly ask for your understanding and a second chance to access the market again. I’ve spent a lot of time and effort on my club and would really appreciate an opportunity to continue playing fairly.
