Ok, im not the best at all but does anyone have any tactics that will help me keep my sanity. Im getting tonked lately and every opponent is a demon, please help

for me 4-4-2 and 4-4-1-1(2) are the best to control the game, tactics are personal, depends what kinda players u have etc... and what type of player u are
