Ban 14 days
Good afternoon, unfortunately, I made a mistake and learned my lesson by being banned for 14 days. However, I am worried that because of just one day—when my cousin used a malicious program—I might lose my FC25 account. Attached are the first and second emails I received after submitting my appeal. After so many years of always playing fair, someone from outside comes in and ruins my game—it's unfortunate. I have learned to use a password on my computer, so I won't take this risk again.
