Yeah, that's the same, I just picked the other way.. I guess we'll have to live with it, shame..
I spoke to my lawyer and according to the laws in the worst case scenario, depending on the country, it is enough to ask for a refund for the game and what you have spent in FIFA points (although they state in the notice that EA is not responsible, the law obliges them to). My recommendation is that you take it to legal proceedings, not for the money but so that it serves as a warning and they finally give respect and good service to us, the users. If we let it slide, they will never respect us and the game will only get worse.
The consumer empowerment offices do this for free and it takes little time. If they don't fix the bug, let's unite as a community to prevent it from happening again.
