Become immortal

I've completed the tasks to get the 2 evolutions to take my selected player up to a 92 rated to get the 94 rated at the end..... when I selected the 90-91 evolution my 91-92 evolution disappeared while my 90-91 evolution is still there and I can't take my player any higher! Anyone else had this issue? I've spoken to EA chat and that's all I get told is I have to wait! I've waited a good few days now and nothing seems to get done about it what's going on EA?
