Black Screen Bug

I’ve reported this black screen bug but still no response. I keep experiencing it on some matches in Champions and Rivals when the game kicks off. I’ve lost so many matches because of this and once again I’ve lost 2 more matches in champions due to that bug cause once it’s stuck on that black screen the only way out is to quit the game and that results in a loss. I’m sick and tired of this. EA please see to it, compensation for my losses with really be appreciated. I’ve attached a short video below
