Bought FC Points, but not Reflecting
I bought the 1,050 FC Points bundle through the FC Companion app, paid with GCash, and the payment shows “Successful” (funds already deducted and I have the reference number), but the Points still haven’t appeared in my EA Sports FC 25 account even after force-quitting and reopening both the Companion app and the console game, and it’s now been over an hour since the transaction. I’m logged into the correct EA ID, my region settings match (Philippines), and there’s no sign of a refund in GCash, so it looks like the purchase cleared on the GCash side but got stuck on EA’s end. Could someone from EA please check the billing queue for my EA ID and either push the Points through or advise next steps? I can provide the GCash receipt screenshot, device details, and any other info you need.
