bought premium pass with coins yet apparently i dont have it?

I was using the web app when i accessed the objectives and purchased the premium pass for 500k coins. Then it said there was an error and then objectives were unavailable, thats ok. However, whenever...

Perhaps it's just a delay. Give it some time. Log out of the web app, sign back in from the game after restarting your console. This should help synchronise your account again.
