bug: not given requisite amount of wins in fantasy FC league

i've just been on EA live chat for 45 minutes whilst they investigated this issue, the "team" have confirmed that i did indeed win 11 based on my recent form, whilst the game has only registered ten wins in the objectives

they have themselves escalated the issue higher, but the live chat employee requested i make a post on the forums (not sure if this is the appropriate place, but this was where i was directly linked to by the employee)

i do have the transcript downloaded if needed, but it does contain sensitive information so i won't attach to this post. looking forwards to a swift response and action!
