Locked account overturned and marketban

Hey i recently made a post about my hacked account that got locked . So after a few days of emailing with EA support my ban was overturned since they could see my account was hacked. When i got in unfortunately my coins were gone and some players.. and i had a market ban so i cant use the market, so i got in touch with the support again and today i got an email yet again saying that they’re thrilled to announce my marketban had been lifted and they were glad to announce i could use the market again so i dont miss out on content and such.. so i went in glad as f*** and my market is still locked, how do i go forward now?😂

    Hey there,

    I'm sorry to hear about your experience. If you received an email about your market ban but you still cannot use the market, please contact EA Help Support once again and let them know as we're unable to verify this and make any changes to your account here at EA Forums. 

  • Yeah i replied on the email from EA customerexperience is that enough or do i need to create a new case? Becuase it take so long to get answers :(, the case also gets Updated while im answering back via email so i think they’ll see it, thanks for answer!

    Brother they jsut keep sending new emails with new names and saying they’re gonna handle this case etc.. nothign happens they just keep sending pointless emails like they’re trying to **bleep** me of
