Can’t Log in to the EA servers

Hello, I have an issue where i can’t play Online in FIFA. I’m getting an error code and i almost tried everything to fix this problem. I changed my DNS i logged off then logged in but none of them worked. And i can’t fix this issue Since a long time.

Device: Ipad

Platform: Xbox Cloud Gaming

problem: Can’t play Online

And the error code is saying: You have lost your Online connection. Check your Home network.
