Cannot evolve players

This started about a day ago after I didn’t claim an eve for Mendy. After content time it shows that I don’t have any active evolution even though it had 3 at the time. I’ve tried reinstalling the game, starting new evos but nothing has worked. Can anyone please help me with this issue.
