Can't buy Fc points

I went to the ultimate team and couldn't find the store where i can buy the fc points so i went to the PlayStation store and bought it then i started the game and didn't find them , went to the companion app and couldn't find the plus symbol next to the fc points , i contacted to ps support and the told me that this is the game problem not the ps problem and told me to contact ea to slove it
