Cant claim free rewards in FC Season

Question

So I am currently level 11 in the FC Season 8 Shapeshifters and for some reason the game didn’t give me the RB Immobile (94) and CDM belotti (94) for reaching level 10. I’m not sure what to do because it says I have claimed the pack from level 10 and I can currently level 11 according to the game. I have even restarted my game and PlayStation 5. I have also checked to see if I quick sell them and I didn’t so not sure what else to do. I’m hoping someone can help me! Thanks!&nbsp;

I’m pretty sure I did claim individually however I have now bought the premium pass and have now lost all of those players as well as a result I have emailed EA to see if they can fix the problem
