Can't collect reward for the Slot & Levi tactics objective. Everytime I click on the reward icon it doesn't go anywhere! Solution?

I've not seen this bug before. Can you claim the rewards on the app? Have you tried logging out of UT and then logging back in and try again to claim it?
Yeah I've logged out and back in, no joy. I've tried to collect on the app and it says Failed to claim all rewards in red writing!
