Can't enter to ut

Xbox series x here. I cannot enter to ultimate team. It has been for a month. I get the same notification each time that "UT service is currently experiencing a high volme of server trafiic".

I do not know what to do. I try every day, it just does not open. I contcted EA supports they also do not know. They told me to wait. I just can't play a game that i paid $100. Wait until when? I checked that I do not have a ban history either. 

I rseted my console, I re isntalled the game etc, deleted the cache too.
