Fantasy Hero Evo Upgrade not fully working

I did Fantasy hero evo which was supposed to give any player full 99 dribble stats if I don't get it wrong. However, my Leao has several attributes that did not go all the way to the 99. Anyone encounterd the same problem? How to solve it?

This happened to me too, but the evolution was fantasy captain

Was it not just 99 dribbling overall, which your player has?!

Leao, rare gold version. I believe it should have all of your detailed attributes go to 99 as well since it only says +65 in evo description.
