Cant even connect!

Since yesterday around 15:00 its literally shut me off. Been on live twice, followed all troubleshooting. Restarted router. Redownloaded game. Still not working.

Keeps kicking me out of champ games. Can't even do a SBC. It's a joke. Any recommendations? Live chat said to give them time, but 90% are sti playing with no problem?!
