I keep getting an error saying I can't download the ultimate team update when im trying to play ultimate team. My game is fully downloaded on ps5 I uninstalled and reinstalled but got the same issue. It's not only ultimate team it's every online game mode for example pro clubs and seasons. It shows i'm connected to the EA servers but I don't think I am, it's as if I've been banned.
İ have a connection problem with ultimate team , i have good connection for other online fc mods and other games i have problem with only ultimate team . İ did everything . İ bought static ip , i change dns , i did port direction i delete the game 2-3 times . İ delete saved files also .
When im in ultimate team menu i cant do anything , im disconnected all time . İf i try to open packs or doing sbc its going to main menu for game , like you cant reach ultimate team and errors like that . İf i play games , when i started or end of the game i can be disconnect again .. nothing happens middle of the match . İ lost too rewards for that , and main problem is i bought the game and some packs for ultimate team , and i cant play it please help me

i did dns , port direction , uninstall and install game , licence thing , cable and wifi connection . PLEASE HELP MEEE
Same here mate, it let me in once around 6:45pm after trying since 5pm and from 9pm onwards I have been able to get on.
