Can't play a game! EAFC25

I bought Isak for my ultimate team but every ti.e i put him in the team and try to start a match i get thrown off ultimate team. I also had Rodri sent off and changed him for a player i already had ...

Hey there. I understand that this may be frustrating. We're already working on tracking this issue. Could you please try creating a new squad on either the web app or companion app and set it as your main squad to see if that helps you to play? Let me know how it goes.

    I can’t do this as it says that I am already logged on another device. But I can’t log onto ultimate team on my console to log out of it.

      @Gizmo_P4567 If you wait a hour or so it should log you off the console.
