Can't play any online matches

Hello! Since I bought EA FC 25 I can't play any online modes like Champions/Rivals/Friendlies/Online Draft (except RUSH). Every time I enter in a match, I get the message ''You lost your connection to your opponent. We'll check the match report to see who won and who lost'' and get kicked out of the game. I checked my BAN history and says is clear. Someone any idea what's happening and how I fix this? Thanks
