Champions legacy objective

I had an issue with the objective as I did play 15 and stayed the whole 90minutes for each 15 games but for some reason ea decided I only did 14 somehow I guess so what can I do now ? Also why does it seem impossible to call anyone from ea for support ? Have they completely forgot  about this game and just don’t want nothing to do with it ? But anyways please help I only did 7/8 so my rewards where mid I need that 93+
