Champs glitch but different

Sorry I’ve had to repost this because my other one got converted into a reply or something I’m not even sure what happened 

Hello, on Friday or Saturday, I can’t remember which, I played my 15 fut champions matches so that I could receive the red player pick. However, a glitch occurred that meant that some of my matches did not register. Although, everyone else posting is saying they disconnected, that’s not what happened with me, for me, my opponents just left, meaning I’m not liable whatsoever, not even from bad internet. 

Can somebody actually reply to me and help to sort this issue because I’m genuinely not lying. 
I’m really bad at the game so was playing only for the pick, so why would I be the one to leave my games if I knew that I wouldn’t get it anymore.

I’ve attached pictures of the objective and the record as proof.  Please believe me, and get in contact with me, there must be some way you can check my games log or something to confirm that I did indeed play every game and then hopefully you’ll be able to compensate my red pick.
