Cheaters , EA Report System, Robot mods

The cheater that i've played recently killed my players speed and their shoot capabilities, i am also adding a video so you can see how they cheating.

But the problem is not this, cheaters can be in any game.

Problem is ea report system.

There should be in game report system directly that you can click a button if you suspect your opponent. 

Mods are in this forum also talk like a robot and messaging with copy paste massage, they are not helping at all, i can do the copy paste too if you guys need (i don't know how much you guys are paying to mods but we can talk that in private.) 

If you face any hacker in game , you can't act immediately because of this rubbish report system.

ea id of the cheater that i've faced can not be found in here too i don't know how.

ea should put real humans (not robots or robot-like admins) in charge for report system and players should be able to reach them if they face any real issue.
