When I collected my fc season rewards (level 11 and level 14 bundle) the coins included were not added to my balance. I collected the rewards through the companion app so that may be a part of the problem. Could they be added later?

Make sure they are not club coins thinking they are ut coins.

RadioShaqs is correct. All of the coins in the season pass are Clubs coins, not UT coins, so you would have to enter Clubs to access them.
