Cheaters?

​ EA_Kent​ - Please read this, ive been playing this simulation game since FIFA98.

So hear me out, my machine is safe and clear. Checked from top to bottom. NO threats, no malware, no malicious traces found.  I play rivals, everything seems normal.
BUT, when i play against some plays in champs this weekend, i cant run (input signal showing as R2 being pressed on my screen) my defenders are standing still as the opposition runs through my team, my goal keeps doesnt move or rush (input signal showing as Triangle being pressed on my screen). I am 1 win for 2 losses against. (1 Loss against -BIGBEANBULLS & 1 Loss against - Glosps = Actual usernames). I played my first champs game and won (yay me) queue for my next game against BIGBEANBULLS - unable to run, unable to call second player, unable to rush goalee, defensive AI stands still. he goes 2 goals up - my application (eafc25) force closes - NO crash report generated/prompted. Weird right? I log back on, new session, queue for Champs, i find Glosps, guess what? Still cant run, pass or call a second defender, rush goalee and my AI stand still - WHAT are the odds? I leave the game after going 2 goals down in no time, i queue for a game of rivals. I verse - Gracia pg (xbox i believe) - now i can run, call players, pass the ball, rush goalee.

Wouldnt this indicate a server breach as my machine isnt breached? Third party software shouldnt have the impact on other machines like this? I struggle to even fathom what number odds of finding back to back games against pc players, showing the same symptom across 2 seperate game sessions? Like, even if your server isnt breached, what server setting sets 1 side to be unable to accept an input or defensive AI set to (insert difficulty here) for Away team.

Imagine, playing career mode, you pause the game, you put the computer AI (you are versing) and wind the sliders down from 50 or 0.... THAT is EXACTLY what is happening here, with the impact of no input for running or moving. 

Fun fact - R2 is being registered, so when you double press R2 it still pushes the ball out in front of you, so this mechanic/cheat appears to have the ability to stop your player from running.
