Connection issues.

Hi all,

I have a major problem with my club when I try to put players into my squad it says connection issues my WiFi is perfect and it started yesterday.

i have tried multiple times doing different things to make my squad but it still won’t work. 

I manage to make a squad and then I will put the last player on the bench and it then says connection issues and kicks me out of ultimate team.

i have also tried to use the ea ai chat but that isn’t coming back with anything remotely close to try help me.

i have been trying to read other forums about this issue but their solutions don’t happen to work.

please EA sort this ASAP.

    You've got packet loss and you're on a wireless connection. Wireless will experience disconnects and lag. Can you switch to a wire and try to play several matches, then run the test again? If you can do that, make sure you get a screenshot of the Match History. That is on the left side of the Connection Quality Report screen.

    The match history should also be showing the connection details. Packet loss/ping. Can you get that?
