Connection issues in Ultimate Team – Request for Assistance

Hello,

I am playing Ultimate Team on my PC, and despite having a stable connection with 43-50 ms ping and a strong squad, I constantly feel a delay in my gameplay. My opponents seem much faster and more responsive compared to my players. My players execute skill moves slowly, passes feel delayed, and overall responsiveness is poor.

I have already followed all the recommendations on your FC 25 Connection Troubleshooting page. I even installed a second internet service provider, but my experience remains the same.

I live in izmir, Turkey, and I know streamers on the Kick platform using the same ISP as me who play at 50ms with smooth and responsive gameplay. They can dribble past opponents and sprint effectively, while my players always get caught even when sprinting.

I understand that servers might be under high load, but my issue persists regardless of the time of day. All my connections are wired, and my hardware is high-end.

Could you please advise if there are any hidden settings I can tweak to improve my experience? If not, can one of your network specialists remotely access my system to check my router settings?
