Constantly disconnecting

In the last 2 weeks the amount of times i am disconnecting from EA servers while playing Champs is ridiculous.

not disconnecting from Xbox Live nothing, just EA Servers, its cost me so many games and I’m getting really frustrated, anyone have any idea/tips on what it could be?
