Time to Sue evo

Good evening,

I used 200k coins to purchase the time to sue evo and it is showing as active and to play two games with the evo player in any game mode and I have played about 10 and won and no progress has been made towards the evo. It’s not showing in club as active but in the evo page on both console and app it says the status is active. Can you all help and is any else experiencing the same issues?
