CoOp UT problems

When me and my friend join to play division rivals UT it keeps saying “a player has unclaimed rewards” and there’s no rewards to claim for either of us. What do I do?

    yes check fc hub and if it's claimed just exit ut and before opening it look for unclaimed rewards (it shows when you hover over the ut option)
