Dc from champs game so couldn't get my red pick from the play objective

I’m reaching out because I was disconnected from a FUT Champions match, which unfortunately caused me to miss out on achieving the rank required for the Ultimate TOTS objective red player pick. The disconnection was not due to any fault on my end – my internet connection was stable and everything else was working fine.

Given how important this weekend’s objective rewards were, especially with the Ultimate TOTS objective available, I feel really disappointed that a technical issue out of my control affected my final rank and objective rewards. I’ve put in a lot of time and effort, and I believe this warrants a review.

Could I please be considered for compensation in the form of an Ultimate TOTS red player pick or something equivalent? I’d really appreciate your help in resolving this.
