Defensive line depth fault in FC 25
I changed the defensive depth in game settings and also changed the defensive depth within custom tactics. I changed the defensive depth to a number in the eighties. I noticed during Ultimate Team Division Rivals that my defensive line depth seemed lower than I'd set it to. On the 3rd of October 2024 I streamed on the Viaiji Twitch channel. The VOD will show me pausing matches before kick-off to visit my custom tactics. On each visit the defensive line depth has moved from the my setting in the eighties to a line depth of seventy. I manually change it back to a defensive line depth in the eighties and start the match. The defensive line depth seems correct for a while. At half-time I visit the custom tactics to make sure the defensive line depth is still in the eighties that I amended before kick-off. Frustratingly, the defensive line depth has reverted to seventy. It's impossible for me tell whether this fault is caused by an FC 25 fault or if it's something rooted in a form of cheat code being used by opponent's online. This gameplay fault is spoiling my enjoyment of FC 25, especially as it brings into question whether any of the FC 25 game settings or custom tactics are functioning as expected. Also makes a mockery of the FC IQ feature if the tactics and strategies FC 25 videogamers create are being returned to default settings during Ultimate Team Division Rivals matches online.
I wouldn't be surprised if you found that the fault was carried over from FC 24 because I had similar problems with defensive line depth but just put it down to me not being good enough at playing FC 24.
Please investigate this defensive line depth fault. I'd appreciate being informed by you, EA Sports, whether this fault can be fixed or whether I'll just have to use a defensive line depth of seventy as the highest I can go.

Omg I thought it was just me but yes it is broken,
In order to make it work as of now you have one option pause the game when playing online match and follow the steps
1. Go to team management
2. Edit tactics
3. Select the formation and go to defensive approach
4. It should be set to default value based on what preset was select, each preset has a default value for high - 70 , balanced - 50 , deep - 25, the custom value set before the match are not applied automatically even if you save it
5. Click triangle or Y button and again edit the value and press the triangle or Y button again to confirm the value
6. Press the X or A button to save the changes then go back
7. Check Back the defensive line approach it should be the new value you have set
