My son just started playing lost all his coins and a 100 rated player?

Hello! I am clueless! My son has just started playing and has apparently just lost all his coins and was given (?) a 100 rated player but it’s disappeared?  If any of that make sense and anyone can help me restore anything please shout!   I’ve tried looking at help menus and done some checks as it explains but can’t see anything!
