Have been banned for doing nothing.

I have been sent an email saying that I was banned and cannot get back into the account. I have not done anything wrong. Was just playing fc24 am currently banned. Need some help here anybody been through the same, I want to appeal for this. 

I would like to know the nature of violation I have done to face a ban. Clarification need to be made. I have not done anything to make my account suspended indefinitely.
