Hello,

I’m trying to play FC 25 on Xbox, but I constantly get disconnected from online matches with the error “You lost your connection to your opponent.”

My NAT type is Open, my internet is stable (2.4GHz Wi-Fi), and my EA account is correctly linked to my Xbox account. I even reset my Xbox to factory settings and changed the region to match my EA account (Germany), but nothing works.

Please check if there’s any issue with my EA account or server access. I’ve been dealing with this for several days and really need a fix.
