Did someone had their tansfer market ban revoked?

I was banned for trading 3kk in 1 week in a brand new account, and got perma ban from the fut market and just got a response by a bot that told me that the ban was the right thing and I bought or sold coins(I did not). If EA support can't help, can anyone know how to be unbanned?

I’ve seen other be unbanned. You need to contact the terms of service team and appeal the ban. Only they can reverse it.&nbsp;
