Didn’t receive objective rewards

I completed the season 7 weekly play objective however I did not receive the guaranteed tots player pack for the corresponding league. I have tried all suggested methods to resolve this issue such as troubleshooting but this didn’t work. I have currently completed one week of the ‘Season 7 Weekly Play Completionist’ objective, and will not be on track to receive the 93+ x5 EFIGS TOTS Player Pack if my issue is not resolved.

  • Can you please attach screenshots or video clips which shows current status of season 7 weekly play and Season 7 Weekly Play Completionist objectives?

    I don’t have any gameplay clips of me competing them but I have screenshots of the corresponding objectives.

    Can you please share an in-game screenshot of the Season 7 Weekly Play Completionist objective so that inside levels will be visible?

    Also, did you miss any of the previous week?

    I am asking this, because we are currently in week 4, so if you complete it every week then you should have at least reached 3 or 4, but your screenshot says only 2 completed so far.

    I completely missed the first week, however I completed it the second week without receiving my rewards. 

     

  • Yo the same happened with me. I thought you have to complete all the ‘Weekly Objectives’ to receive the pack but from past couple weeks I did not receive it. Any solution for this?

    davide061976​ Are you sure you only missed the first week? We are into week 4. If you miss only the first week, then your weekly play should be done for the rest of the 3 weeks.
    I hope you are aware that you can complete a weekly play only once per week.

    Yes, what I am trying to say is that I completed a weekly play and didn't receive the rewards. I raised a case with EA help, and they directed me here.

    davide061976​ This is community forum. If 'EA help' cannot help you with this, then I don't think anyone here can help you with this.

    Either you missed some of the week, or the game has an unusual bug that apparently occurred to you. But in any case, they should have assisted you with this. Not sure the reason for redirecting you to this forum.
