Disconnect
I was winning 2-1, I fully completed the match but then before I pressed advanced it disconnected me from the match and it counted as a loss, and I was 2 matches away from getting the play 15 pick, this is so dumb

This is exactly what happened to me now I can’t get the play 15 pick
I just had this as well I was 5-4 up scored in the last second and won but my game crashed and won’t get the pick either. It came up with “The EA servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later.”
I was 3-3 and got disconnected just before I was about to take a corner in extra time and I didn’t get a win or loss and it’s not showing as a played game so now I can’t complete the objective
Is there anything we can do to get our game back?? I got DNF without it being my fault now I can’t complete objective
Same thing happened in my first game kicked me from the servers and when i just spoke to live chat they said there is nothing they can do
How did you get in contact with live chat I’ve been trying to for an hour now and I can’t seem to find live chat, can you send me a link or something please
