Dispute by a loyal EA player

Respected EA Game Customer Service Team,

Hello! I am a long-time fan and supporter of EA games, and my account name is K1ose11Li. I have invested a significant amount of time and effort into FC25.

I am writing this letter because my account was banned without any prior warning, causing me great distress and disappointment. Therefore, I sincerely hope to receive your team's attention and fair treatment. Before the ban, I opened FC25 as usual, ready to enjoy the game, only to find my account suddenly suspended. I was informed that my account was banned for cheating, but no specific rule violations were explained. This left me shocked and confused, as I have always strictly adhered to the game's rules—never using any cheating software, hacks, or engaging in any malicious behavior that undermines fair play.

After discovering the ban, I immediately sought information to understand the reason, but I never received a clear explanation. I know EA is committed to maintaining a fair and positive gaming environment, which I fully support and appreciate. However, I firmly believe this ban is a misunderstanding—a false system detection. As you can see, I have invested countless hours, effort, and money into the FIFA series. I started playing online modes from FIFA20 and continued through FIFA22, FIFA23, FC24, and FC25. As a founding player of the FC series, I have dedicated myself to each installment, deeply loving the game and making many friends along the way.

My EA account is over ten years old, and I am also a veteran player of the Battlefield series. In 2023, my EA account was hacked, and the hacker cheated in Apex Legends. With the help of customer service, I recovered my account and continued to enjoy EA games. However, after this ban, not only can I no longer play with my friends, but all my previous efforts seem to have gone to waste, leaving me deeply disappointed, anxious, and distressed.

Therefore, I sincerely request your team to review my account.

Additionally, I make the following commitments:

  1. Regarding cheating: I strongly oppose any form of hacks or cheating software. As an experienced gamer who spends over 1,000 hours annually across various games, I understand that such unfair practices ruin the game's integrity and harm the experience for all players.
  2. Exploits: I have never abused any game glitches for unfair advantages. Every victory I achieved was earned through skill and effort. In terms of behavior, I always follow game etiquette and rulesnever using vulgar, abusive, or harassing language, and always treating teammates and opponents with respect.
  3. Account security: I am extremely cautious about my account’s safety. I have never shared my account with others or engaged in unauthorized buying, selling, or trading on third-party platforms.

Beyond this, I guarantee that I have not violated any terms of service. I am fully willing to cooperate with your team’s investigation, providing any necessary information or assistance. I am certain this is a false ban and hope your team can lift the suspension as soon as possible, allowing me to return to the game world.
