Division rivals

I think it depends on what division you are in how many you drop?  I thought that was the case but not sure. Think the higher divisions drop 1 and the lower ones 2 as people can get in a division to hard and lose over and over. 

The same problem happened to me. I was in Div 2 and now I'm in Div 4. I don't know why EA makes relegation mandatory every season. Why don't you make relegation based on your level and results like before? With a certain number of points, either you stay in the same division, get relegated, or promoted. It was much better that way.

Yes, exactly, I was division 2 as well, now in div 4, I was shocked. Of course, after so much struggle and time waisting, you are losing interest in playing this game. Because I tried to play often so I can actually promote and now they are dropping two divisions, is crazy. 

Same for me, but also have a big issue winning any game, feels like I am stuck in Div 2 with the matchmaking.

Since this last season started, when I was relegated from Div2 Rivals (with a Rewards Upgrade rank too) to Div4 I can not win in Rivals, not sure what happened with the new season or last two-three weeks or so but I am playing only against top opponents, I can see they have Rivals 1 or Rivals 2 badges and I got beaten with 10-11 goals difference many times. Something change and till now I was able to stay div3/div2 and win at least 50% of the matches, which I consider fair. Now I just played around 30-35 matches to win 3-4 matches, which made me quit this mode. I am sure why this new matchmacking mode that was announced within last month or so. WHY??  I feel like I am playing at Div1 or Elite level, not at Div4 for sure.  When I used to play in Div4 or even Div3, I won 80-90% of the games.  As someone mentioned above, I win Champs much-much easier than Rivals Div4 games, which is absurd as I was playing Rivals since the game was lunched and never had the feeling I was scammed!   FIX THIS EA or you will only keep those toxic  Div1/Elite players that make fun of Div4 players when they match them in Rivals....  

You just have to wait till others move up again.  Thats why it’s important after the season people drop so it helps level it out. You might have got to far before.
