This games a J O K E. No need for explanation, we all know the issues, even clips of developers admitting “we went to different countries to watch people play and understand where the mistakes are” 

It’s a money grab, they put out a terrible product, lie to us, allow hackers and streamers to control the narrative and we’re stuck with our hands in our pockets. 

I’ve opened over 500 89 exchanges and not one 99. I stopped buying packs and my luck went downhill, definitely not a coincidence.
