Division Rivals

I was one game of being promoted to division three where my controller died when plugging in my controller, it booted me to the main menu because I connected a new controller which led to a dnf. Then loaded into another game. I am now two games off division three I load in, I get black screened. The game is still playing but I can’t see anything I close application and I’m back at the checkpoint. This game is awful
