EA FC 25 Missing Zidane Evolution

Hi Team, I only receive 90 rated Zidane but no receive Zidane evolution. Please

    EA FC 25 ZIDANE EVOLUTION ERROR

    I have the ultimate edition version and have played 300+hours and today i get the zidane but didnt get the evolution since i´ve been playing all weeks.

    Can you atleast justify why thats happening because all my friends have got the evolution and I have got nothing instead of zidane 90...

    Hope you fix that error soon because with all hype of the content I understand it´s gonna be always some errors, but I play a lot of hours and still didn´t get the evolution.

    @theosabg To get zidane you must be a club member. i.e. have played FC24 and FC25 prior to the stated dates. (https://www.ea.com/en/games/ea-sports-fc/fc-25/news/fc-25-club-membership )

    “Available to fans who have played EA SPORTS FC™ 24 before September 26, 2024 at 11:59 PST and play EA SPORTS FC™ 25 before October 31, 2024 at 11:59 PST.”

    Excludes login via EA SPORTS FC Companion or any trials (including EA Play Trial).

    also double check you played both games in the same account.


    If you do not apply, EA advisors will not be able to help with this reward as they cannot retroactively add it.

    @SharpenedRazors Why exactly is the trial period excluded? I played the game as mentioned in the notification before the cutoff date. I can spend tons of dollars in the in-shops during the “trial period” but I get no benefits for having played during that time? Don't understand why after you buy the game then you can't just convert that trial playtime to official playtime. In my case, it's very unfortunate because I bought the game back in September, but I used the 10 hours of EA Play and let it expire before I activated the purchase code.
