im going to make this short but basically my brothers friends were round our house and they thought it would be funny to do a pack opening on my account using my money, and i have tried searching around for where I can get a refund for the FC 25 Points and money if/where possible, if anyone could supply me with a link to this please i would be very greatful. Of course its possible. You just dont want to.
I want a refund of the hundreds of dollars ive spent on packs in FC25 too, since they didnt give any of the items advertised.

You accept a terms and conditions when you buy them where it states these points are not refundable so don't think there is much you can do once that has been accepted.
People take the risk and gamble.. one person might do £10 and get the best player in the game while the next spend £1000 and gets nothing.

So my brother (Rakan) bought a halftime hundred players pack for 3,500 points while i was in the toilet, now i thought i would never say this but can i get my fc points back after buying a pack? And if so when do i get it?
